Period cramps or pregnancy

Hello,

I am a very paranoid 18 year old girl in a relationship lol. I have my period in about 2 weeks and I am experiencing cramps at the moment. Are they just before period cramps or are they a sign of pregnancy?

Which one is more likely lol?

I had sec with my boyfriend unprotected for about 3 mins before he put a condom on. So he didn’t finish in me unprotected so I know the chances of being pregnant is very low. But I am very much paranoid.
