Ttc symptom spotting

Hello all so my baby boy has just turned 1 me and my partner a ttc for baby number 2 I have pcos I didn't find that out until I had a csection with my son. Anyway on the 1st 2nd 4th 8th 10tj and 16th of this month he cum inside im not on any birth control havnt been for a few years. Anyway for last few weeks I've been symptom spotting to everyday I've had atleast 3 symptoms sobill list them off below

Very painful headaches

Cramping

Off and on for the last week ive been extremely nauseated but havnt vomited.

Ance (I never suffer with this)

Very sore breast like extremely sore

One time I wiped after I went wees and there was just 1 streak of pinkish discharge on the toilet paper havnt had it since

Also a few days ago my right nipple started tingling then 5 minutes later my left one did the same hasn't happened since.

With my son my first symptom was I went completely off meat then I tested because I was 5 days late and was cramping really bad

On off back ache but I did have a back surgery back in 2017 so idk if its from just my back or a sign

My cervical mucus has been very creamy white

My boobs do look bigger but I'm probably going crazy lol

I tested at 8dpo which was very negative

Also a weird one is my dog is a daddies boy like never really cuddles me and last night he snuggled up to me and had his head near my belly

Anyone have any ideas if I might be pregnant or do these sound like the classic pregnancy symptoms

Also I think im 11dpo
