Did vitex change your ovulation day?

I’ve had very short luteal phases my last 4 cycles, so this is my first (in a couple years) starting vitex again. My last cycle I was gearing up for ovulation, my opks were progressing perfectly…and I started spotting and got my period 🙂 SO I’m currently on CD 16 and I just feel like my opks are all over the place 🤦🏼‍♀️ My last couple cycles I ovulated around days 15-18… my opks aren’t really showing me a pattern like they use to, has anyone had this happen to them after starting vitex?
