Am I overreacting?

So, I went to my obgyn appointment and seems like it was a disaster from the start. I went to the bathroom and they needed a urine sample. Well, nothing unusual about that until I went to put the urine same in the box....needless to say the box moved and it falls to the floor. I clean it up best I can, wash my hands then go to the nurse. "Where is your urine sample. I bust into tears and tell her I dropped it on the floor. Then I wait explain to the doctor that I wanted to get pregnant and I know I would be a geriatric pregnancy. I told him that I was concerned about ovulating because my cervix no longer softens. He tells me he has not heard that in 30 years. Then he asked me if I had the COVID shot. I told him no because I was advised by a doctor not to get it because I was allergic to the pertussis/tetanus shot. He said again that was not true and I NEEDED to get the shot. After he did his whole speel he did my pap and said looks like you have cysts on your cervix. No real explanation or it is nothing to worry about. They did bloodwork and I believe are checking luteinizing hormones, progesterone and a few other things. But, I felt like any questions or things like Checking cervix and cervical mucus was wrong. But, I am not sure if it is just me. Here lately I have been extremely emotional and I feel it.
