Clomid third cycle

This is my third cycle taking clomid. Hopefully it works this time. Anyone have any ideas on how to just finally get pregnant lol I try to have fun with it and even do outside of the box sex lol.. I’m just ready for it to be over. My doctor can only do 6 cycles and she mentioned switching me to femara if two more cycles fail. Hopefully third times a charm right?
