Rash?

Does anyone know what this rash could be/mean? Is it an allergic reaction?

I'm not a dermatologist, but it does look like hives. Since it's on your elbow, it's probably from something that either touched there (lotion, etc) or from a change in laundry detergent. Usually if it's something you've eaten, the hives will show up on your torso and/or neck. I'd suggest taking some Benadryl, either pills or putting Benadryl cream there. If it spreads or starts showing up in other areas, make sure you're seen at an urgent care.
