Period Late / Negative Test

I’ve always had a very regular period. This month I’m a week late so far, I’ve tested twice and both negative. This isn’t normal for me to not start my period..

Anyone have any idea of what could be going on??

Late ovulation. How are you tracking and confirming ovulation?

If you got your period last month then no. If you didn’t then you could have not ovulated. Or ovulation was late. If ovulation is late your period is pushed out. If you want to track You need to get cheap opks and test 2 days after your period 2 Times a day till both lines are the same color or test line is darker than control whatever comes first is your positive ovulation can occur in 12- 48 hours after positive. Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo so you need to add bbt to confirm ovulation you temp your cycle by picking A time in the a.m. to take your temp with a bbt thermometer that read like 97.34 you take your temp at that time you picked before you move or get out of bed and say within 30 mins of that picked time. Your lookin for lower temps before ovulation and higher after. Once positive opk then ovulation can occur in 12-48 hours then your looking for a temp rise and for your temps to stay up. When you temp you will know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy

Do you think last month I could have ovulated late in my cycle and my period isn’t “ready” to come yet.. therefore there’s a chance I could still be pregnant? If that makes sense..

Honestly, I haven’t even tried that and don’t know how
