Ears popping on plane

So we flew to a place a few days ago and upon landing my ears popped so bad that it almost brought me to tears. The one side is still super plugged and super painful. I’m terrified for our next flight tomorrow of which we have a stop over so we will be landing twice! I’m going to look for ear planes tomorrow but am terrified I won’t find any. Does anyone have any advice or tips on helping my situation?
