Acne with the IUD

I stopped taking the pill and got the IUD in March. I love not being on any hormones, losing weight, and knowing my natural cycle. However, while I was on the pill, my skin was not a problem. Now with the IUD, Ive been having all this acne, almost cystic, along the outer edge of my face.  Anyone else get this? Any tips for dealing with acne like this?
