Vvvfl but spotting? 10 dpo?

First off do I have line eyes or am I not going crazy? Lol

Is it possible I could have a tiny amount of spotting on 10 dpo. Like just a little when I wiped. I have 2 kids but no implantation bleeding with either, I always thought that was a bit of an urban legend. But wouldn’t this be stark negative it’s a period?

I’m very tired and confused. Lol
