Stillborn paperwork ?

Question

What paperwork does the hospital give you after losing your baby as a stillborn? I’ve had a friend from back in the day who says that she lost her daughter, she was supposed to be pregnant with my brother he ended up passing away and she ended up moving far and we lost contact. When I asked her she said the hospital didn’t give her any paperwork saying what happened she showed me a paper with care instructions but I think she got it off online. Does anyone have their paperwork that can show me I’m curious?

I had a stillborn last year, and this was all I received. Only reason I got this is because I'm a Christian, and asked for the baby to be blessed by the hospital pastor.  I never got a birth certificate, or certificate of death.

I got nothing but a care box that the specific hospital gave me. Everything else came from the funeral home that I chose. Death certificates & certificates of cremation for each twin.

That’s very sad. There should be a death certificate I would assume.
Are you suspicious that the baby lived and she is hiding it?

my son was born at 21 weeks so his lungs weren't developed, they counted him as a stillborn since he couldn't take a breath once he was delivered. the hospital itself didn't give me any paperwork showing i had a stillbirth just a parental form i believe that had mine and my fiancés name on it with our signatures saying we are the parents. i had to go through the health department and fill out a form and send in $12 for them to send me a stillborn certificate.

I got my baby foot prints and brochures on how to deal with grief and etc. They did send me pictures to my email of him.
