Is this normal on nexplanon bleeding after a year on it please help 😞

I had my implant put in around 2020 after I had my son I did not bleed at all for about a year it was the best feeling ever and then yesterday I just started recently spotting and today it got heavier like a period no I’m not pregnant because my husband had a vasectomy and it’s already been a whole year since he’s had it done he did a sperm check and there was none left I also have some cramps that feel uncomfortable but it doesn’t hurt and it’s not severe I just want to know if any of you woman experienced the same thing using the Nexplanon because it’s just crazy how I bled after two years and I hate it 🤦🏻‍♀️
