so i’ve been separated from this ex for abt 5 months now. i broke up with him bc he was extremely controlling and abusive with his words. lately i’ve been thinking abt some stuff tht took place when we were together and i can’t figure out if it’s sexual assault or just not right?? idk how to word it. basically there were a few scenarios. first one time when i was giving him head he recorded it without my permission or me knowing. after i had finished he asked if i wanted to see something and showed me the video. when i got upset and asked him to delete it he got angry and said tht he knew he shouldn’t have told me he took tht, bc he knew i’d be upset. he refused to delete it after i asked and BEGGED AND BEGGED for me to let him keep it. after lots of arguing I gave in and told him he could but he couldn’t let anyone see it ever, which he agreed to. We were also sexually active but used condoms bc i was scared of pregancy. one time however we were in his room and things were heating up and he BEGGED me to let him just “put it in” without a condom. i refused over and over again but he kept begging so i said okay once. he put it in and then i said that’s all but he kept going for a while after that. are either of those two scenarios sexual assault? thank you!
