Hair help!

So I naturally have a light brown hair color! Last Tuesday I got it dyed to a dark red, with demipermanent color. Im getting married in 50 days and my stylist did inform me I may want to touch it up before. Anyway, it is now Monday and I have washed my hair 3 times since getting it done. Every day that I have washed it the water is running out red in my shower. Is this normal?? Is there something I’m doing wrong and can someone explain to me why this is happening?
