If you have been able to get letrozole/Femara on hse or did you have to privately?

I am on clomid (taking a few cycles break before I do my last 2 rounds) I’m on the hse and they say “In Ireland we don’t do letozole/femara as it not approved for fertility treatment only for cancer treatment” however I have seen a few women on Irish accounts on tik tok about being on letozole.
