Does anyone else eat a LOT compared to other people you know?

I have been a big eater my whole life. Never really been overweight, always been a very active person with a lot of muscle mass. I jog, garden, do HIIT, functional strength training, chase after my two toddlers every day. I also breastfeed my 1 year old. I eat a LOT and I always get stares from family/friends about it. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus snacks in between. And I load my plates up and usually have seconds! Or thirds! My MIL eats once a day and is always like “you’re eating again?” My husband tends to only eat once a day too but he never comments on my eating and just lets me be. When I was at my peak fitness level I used to be able to run 5 miles a day and I’d eat four fulllll meals a day plus snacks. I do eat fairly healthy though, lots of fruit, vegetables, etc. But every day I come across those Instagram posts “what I eat in a day” and I’m just SHOCKED by how little people eat every day.

Is anyone else like me?! Who eats this much? 😂
