I've wanted my baby to be called Bella bow from the start but now I'm thinking long term and when she becomes an adult and is Bella really fitting?

Isabella Bow sounds like the English designer Isabella Blow who died of drinking bleach eeeeek in so sorry I don't mean to be negative. 
Isabella and Bella are beautiful names by themselves. I think leave off the Bow ❤️
