Update from Embryology Lab (05/30/22)

We'd like to give you a final update on your embryos. Today is the last day we will be observing your embryos. Overall, we were able to freeze 7 embryos for you!

The grades of your frozen embryos are: 4ABx4, 4BB, 3BB and 3BC.

We grade the embryos based on their degree of expansion or growth and the morphological characteristics of the cells. The number in front of the grade represents how expanded it is. The higher the number, the more expanded or grown the embryo is. The letters of the grade represent two different parts of the embryo. "A" represents excellent quality, "B" represents good quality, and "C" represents fair quality. We only freeze those embryos which we think are viable and have a chance of surviving the freeze/thaw process.
