Night terrors?

So when my baby was 3-5 months he use to sleep 7 hours sometimes more thru the night. He is now 7 months old and we do bath time at 8:30 he’s in bed by 9 0:30-10 the latest if I can’t get him to fall asleep quick and by 1am he’s moaning then cries in his sleep. Tossing back and forth. sometimes the moaning starts loud then goes quiet and stops. Sometimes he breaks out into a cry then stops. Or he gets louder and wakes himself up. It’s going on throughout the entire night several times then won’t eat. Even if I grab him and put him on my chest he’ll do the same thing. Then fully awake anywhere between 5:30-7:30. He use to stay sleeping until 9am!! We’re both tired. He has little baby bags under his eyes I feel so bad but I’m also exhausted and cranky and don’t know what else to do. Advice anybody.
