Breakout on chest

I have this weird patch of redness In between my boobs. It’s always been there kind of but it was super close to my skin color. Well it’s like flared recently and it’s bright red. Doesn’t ever itch is just kind of there. The skin isn’t raised it’s completely flat.

Anyone know what it is?
