Positive test and blood HCG is at a 35

I had what I thought was a period 2 weeks ago and then took a test on a whim and it was extremely positive. I went to get blood work done and my HCG was a 34.7, I went the next day to get my progesterone tested too, it’s a 1.5 and now my HCG is a 32.7.

Anyone have insight into what’s happening?
