Extremely bad back pain
Hi all I need advice if this is normal or not, I've given birth 3 months ago and I've had back pain since but lately it's getting worse and worse to the point it's hurting laying in bed standing up walking, I struggle just moving around in bed trying to get comfortable, I can't get in to my doctor's for st least another 2 weeks what can I do for the pain and will it go away is it normal
