I just can’t do this anymore. I’m almost 38.

TMI: I’m ovulating. I can’t get pregnant. I’m am bleeding so much I have to wear diapers over my periods. No doctor will take care of it. I’ve changed my diet. Lost 40 pounds. I’m still overweight. Blood sugars are still borderline. I’m defeated. I feel like I don’t have any time left. I’m tired of bleeding until I pass out on my periods. I. Just. Can’t. 😭
