breastfeeding and antibiotics

Hi ladies! I am terrified as I have to take antibiotics to treat bacteria in urine and I am also 14 W pregnant. I am breastfeeding my toddler still and I don’t know what to do and how to do it, doc doesn’t really pay attention, please anyone from experience who can help? TIA
