Does anyone know if there’s any tenant rights regarding smoking in an apartment building while it states in the lease it is NOT ALLOWED and supposed to be a smoke free building? We’ve had to suffer with constant marijuana smoke coming through our unit for months now from our neighbors. Our entire unit reeks of it and I have two children. The landlords have not done a thing about it.
