Taking misoprostol
I took the first dose at 8pm and have been having insane cramps and barely started to spot. Should I do a second dose? Its currently almost 4am. The pharmacist said if I don't start bleeding in 3 hours to take it but i didn't cause I figured since I had started sporting it would get heavier.
