weight loss checkin!
Ladies! I am so proud of the work I’ve been putting in to get my weight down. My goal was 1 pound a week but I have been losing about 2 pounds a week. I’m down 13 pounds in all. Getting closer to my goal!!
As promised, progress pics in the same outfit! Posted before/current.
I’m doing the 16:8 fasting plan, staying away from pastries / cakes. I have cheat days bc I love food. I walk 30 minutes in the morning 3 to 4 times a week. And go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week (and mostly use the treadmill then I do the quick 30 minute circuit on the machines). My body really responds to WALKING.
Progress is progress! 💪🏻😁
