What is this on my inner thigh

I just went to the bathroom ( i have a yeast infection) I saw a mark on my inner thigh, I tried wiping it off to find out it hurts and feels like a bruise it looks like one too but has weird little bumps on it. What is it? I got tested negative a month ago for stds when i got tested and i have a boyfriend we both loyal but i dont think its that im concerned what the bumps on it are tho. And i have no idea how i got this bruise i just woke up.

I think this looks like a yeast infection of the skin🤔 best thing to do would be to speak to a dermatologist and they can tell you for sure :)

When I first saw it I wouldve said a bruise but that is quite unusual.  Maybe message your dr and just ask if they have a clue.
