What do I do after BFP?!

Hello, so I've been taking pregnancy tests the past few days and they have all been positive. I'm 16DPO and I have no idea what to do now. Do I keep checking daily to make sure it stays positive? How long do I wait until I call the Dr? This is my first time ever having a positive test so I have no clue what to do

and am still in denial lol. I've been on a prenatal vitamin the past month since we have been TTC so I think I'm covered there.
