What to do when Miralax doesn't even work!!

Ugh I'm so constipated it sucks so bad!! :( even Miralax hasn't helped! Anyone have any suggestions??? I need some relief!

Dig the poop out of your butt... Lol!  Wear gloves though.  I couldn't poop for 7 days... It was stuck in there so I had to dig it out.  You gotta do what you gotta do.  💩

Plenty of water and take magnesium citrate in the pill or liquid form. I have to take zofran during my entire pregnancy and I constipates you pretty badly so I take about three mag citrate pills at bed time every night to stay regular.
If it's that bad, I would take the liquid form first and just be sure to take it when you can stay home all day. Depending on what dosage you take, you're stomach will start grumbling within 30 minutes to an hour. It works though!

Fiber always made mine worse, I eat a hand full of prunes every morning, a few swigs of prune juice or eat a container of prune baby food (mix with apple sauce if you hate the flavor). Makes pooping a little more natural and not as painful, if you do it daily it helps a ton!!!! Otherwise, like the other ladies said... Gross but very effective...dig it out! A little Vaseline will help with the process. Good luck!

Try Metamucil. If that doesn't work I know it sounds disgusting but I had the same problem- take 1 teaspoon of raw fiber and raw bran put in glass of 8 ounces water. Let it sit for 6 hours and then drink. Mix in some juice to give better taste. And also do the same thing but let it sit over night. I will keep saying that it tastes gross but it really works should help you in 3 days
