Hi everyone! I’m 31 (soon to be 32) and my 32 year old husband and I have been TTC off and on for the past several years. We finally got in to see an infertility specialist this past January and since then have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We did two cycles of 2.5 Letrozole and then bumped it up to 5 Letrozole for the next two cycles. We also just had our first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done with Ovidrel this month. My big question is: how do I know if my doctor is doing all the things? What else should I be asking for?

Here’s what’s been explored and found so far:

- My luteal phase seemed unusually short. Even with Letrozole I was ovulating around CD 18/19. My cycles are regular and last about 31 days.

- Dr did one round of blood work back in January. Thyroid looked normal at 0.955, prolactin was normal, and AMH was unusually high at 7.0.

- Husband’s semen analysis looked above average.

- We’ve done transvaginal ultrasounds each cycle and each time the ultrasound tech has remarked that I only have one follicle of good size and several other smaller ones.

- I had and HSG done and while it was extremely painful (I passed out because of the pain) apparently all structures looked normal.

Does all this seem pretty standard? Is there more testing that we should ask for? Thanks for any advice!
