Although there is much to be said for "better safe than sorry" and I personally do not drink at all, there are many studies that suggest that very light drinking, - two small glass of wine per week, say - is perfectly fine throughout pregnancy.

I think people should when they start TTC!  I'd rather be safe than sorry!  (But I don't drink anyway so I never had to give it up lol)

As soon as you suspect that you might be. I always stop during the two week wait, just to be sure.
