Would you take your 4 year old in to urgent care or emergency?

My family has all been sick this past week. Cold symptoms mostly congested and runny nose. My 4 year old has been in pretty good shape, her normal self other than congestion and runny nose. Yesterday she said her head was hurting before we went to bed so I gave her Tylenol and she slept fine. This morning she said it still hurt so I’ve been keeping an eye on it today making sure she’s drinking water and all. She still acted pretty normal all day but didn’t want anything to eat after breakfast, no lunch or snacks. We were playing outside and came in and I gave my son a bath then came out to get her ready for bath and she started crying saying her head hurt. Then she started freaking out and scream crying saying it hurt so bad. I gave her Tylenol and carried her to the bath because she said it hurt to stand or walk. She big cried through the whole bath and said it hurt too bad to tip her head back for me to rinse her hair. Cried through lotion and getting dressed then threw up. She seemed better after throwing up and fell asleep. No fever. My Covid test was negative earlier this week and we had Covid a few months ago so I don’t think it’s that. I’m mostly worried about this headache coming on so strong. Would you take her in? My husband and I have both had headaches today so my husband feels like she’s ok but I’m worried
