We’ve been looking online EVERYWHERE. we are planning on a basement and we are leaning more towards the farmhouse style. We have to have 4 bedroom.. preferably 5. I can’t find one we are in love with, and sometimes I feel like we are going to be right on top of each other..

Suggestions on where I should look at some ideas?? Or how you set your house plan up and still had space?

I’m new to this 😅 never built a home before, and 3 kids wanting #4 after it’s built! We still have no idea if we should have all rooms on the same floor or split them up.. any advice?
