I didn’t realize that there are so many different types of fistulas out there! My doctor suspects I have a rectovaginal fistula because I have been passing gas through my vagina and also having discharge (yellow, brown, and black specks). I was also recently diagnosed by my gynecologist with having a yeast infection (Candida Glabrata). Could this just be a symptom of my yeast infection? Or really a fistula? What does it look like to have feces coming out of your vagina? He wants me to get a barium enema and a CT scan but I’m so scared!!! 😢😭😩
