Preeclampsia with first but not second child?

At this point in my last pregnancy I was diagnosed with preeclampsia so I just keep waiting for it to happen but my bp has been staying pretty consistent at 120/80. I know it can come on out of nowhere but has anyone not had it with their second or did it just come on later with second pregnancy etc?

I was on the verge of preeclampsia with my first, but didn’t have it with my second and I’m pregnant with my third and have no signs of it yet. Are you taking baby aspirin daily? My doctors put me on that with my last pregnancy and this one and I’m thinking it has helped me not develop preeclampsia again.

I had it with my first but wasn’t diagnosed with it until 39 weeks, I’m 31 weeks 6 days and I’m checking my blood pressure at home. This week it’s been between 125/80 and 144/83. I’ll check in with the dr in a few days to see what she says

I had it with my first. I'm 32 & 5 with my second but haven't gotten it yet. I had gestational diabetes in my first pregnancy too, but this time I don't have that either. I am taking the aspirin though. My BP has gone up a little recently but I'm thinking it's more work to carry around this huge belly 🙈 I gained more weight than my last pregnancy but I am way healthier.

Opposite, I had high BP with first and preeclampsia at 37 weeks. This pregnancy has been perfect BP until 33weeks(just a little higher) then I have really high protein in urine so I guess I have preeclampsia earlier this time. Thankfully my BP is no where near last time so I think I will make it to 37weeks! 10 days to go

I had it with my first starting around 34 weeks. I am 2 weeks away from that now so keeping fingers crossed 🤞 . Last time I was  in the hospital and then my son was ready to come after being in there for two days. I am hoping having not to go through it this time since I have a child and can’t really be hospitalized.
