Anovulatory Cycles?

So, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since April. It took us 2.5 years to conceive our daughter (born 8/30/20). Got my Paragard (non-hormonal IUD) taken out early April. Last month my opk sticks never got dark ever. bbt didn’t rise. This month it has been the same, but the app is predicting I should ovulate in a few days. My periods come right on time like clockwork. Doctor states I don’t have PCOS. Did a ReproSure blood panel and everything came back good. How is it that I don’t ovulate, but get regular periods that come on time each month? It’s so frustrating. Anyone else been through this?
