Cm help

I am on the depo shot. Next shot due June 10th so I'm coming to the end of the effectiveness of the last shot. I started taking the pink stork birth control cleanse five days ago. Three days ago started having cramps and yesterday started spotting and having jelly like cm but while spotting this morning still spotting but slightly heavier only when i wipe still jelly like cm would you consider this a period? The cramps are no joke it's only when i wipe its light pink
