How much milk does your 6month old have a day?

Hi Everyone, just really curious about everyone's routines with their 6month olds. Like how much milk does your baby drink per bottle and how often? And also do you have a nap routine? Have just got my boy set up with a bedtime routine but thinking about introducing structured naps soon maybe 😅

My 6 month old drinks anywhere from 25-30 ounces a day. He eats every 3-4 hours during the day and does a 11-12 hour stretch at night. As for naps I follow his sleep cues. He takes 3 naps a day (sometimes even a 4th cat nap on our walk if the stretch is too big between his 3rd nap and bedtime). And I follow his night time routine for nap time. Diaper change then Sound machine, dark room (crib if we are home), sleep sack.

My 6 month old drinks formula,  4-5 oz every 3 hours. And two solid food servings morning and evening. 
I feel like she’s eating a lot but I dunno.
Naps are hard, she goes down easy but only sleeps 30-40min. Wake windows are 2-3 hours. Goes to bed at 7pm usually. Wakes for a feeding around 4am.
