Does anyone else’s baby toddler repetitively pinch/roll your skin?

As a soothing thing. Is this normal? My daughter is 16 months and she’s been doing this for a long time. She doesn’t mean to hurt us but sometimes it does hurt a bit!

Mine does it all the time whilst nursing. I think it's an instinctive behaviour to stimulate milk production in boobs.  Like cats kneeding their mummies with their paws.

My 8 month old does 🥴 mostly to my breasts while nursing or when he’s trying to fall asleep. I have to remember to keep this little nails trimmed or I end up with scratches

Yes, mine pinches my arm while she’s nursing. It doesn’t hurt as much if I wear long sleeves so I tend to just throw a hoodie on before I nurse her if my arms are exposed. I also have a mole on my neck that she likes to pinch which really hurts and I just try to redirect her hand when that happens. My nephews did the same thing and my sister said nothing she did deterred them so she just waited for them to outgrow it, I’m taking the same approach.
