Help!!!

Hi girls I need your help… I took my first Clomid cycle days 3-7 50mg I tracked ovulation I had positive ovulation may 20th and the 21st…. I had progesterone taken on Friday which I thought was my day 21 and idk how I got it wrong I was suppose to go in on Saturday idk how much a difference it would have made…. I got my results and I came back 8.60… I was 9dpo yesterday and I feel like I’m getting a couple faints on a couple different brands…. I called doctor this morning and her response in messages was I did ovulate but of poor response if I get a positive call office(so I don’t think the lady let her know of my faints) to go in for blood work… if I get my period next Clomid cycle she’s upping me to 100mg but here’s the thing I’ve had multiple chemicals and I’m nervous this is gunna result in the same… would you wait till the morning to get a more positive test or would you call for blood work today?? If I get on progesterone today would I be able to save this pregnancy if I am pregnant..??? What are your thoughts
