Hello mommas!!!

So i finally had my first ultrasound done yesterday, at 7 weeks. My obgyn office had called me to reschedule to have it done a week sooner than it was originally scheduled due to my hcg levels tripling rather than doubling. During my ultrasound my obgyn unfortunately didn’t say much to us other than she would like for me to be sent to the MFM (maternal fetal medicine) clinic in one week for another ultrasound. When i called to schedule my next ultrasound with the MFM clinic, the lady who answered asked me if i was expecting multiples. I informed her that i didn’t believe so, but i’m not 100% sure because my dr didn’t say too much. The only thing i was aware of is that i needed to have a repeat ultrasound because my hcg levels were tripling rather doubling. The lady asked me how far along i am and i explained i’m 7 weeks. She said “okay because a twin pregnancy is typically seen around 10 weeks, and can be seen around 10 weeks because sometimes there is a missed twin ”. But she went ahead and scheduled me anyways. I’m just so confused because this is my 10th pregnancy out of 9 children and i’ve never had to go through this before. I’ve always just been told one baby and sac was seen at every ultrasound. Has any of you other mommas gone through this or have any of you all known anyone to ever experience this? Here is my ultrasound, I am not a pro at reading them but feel free to let me know if you see one, two or if any of you all can explain what is the little blob on the right side of my uterus. Thank you mommas ❤️
