Does my hair look grey/silver or platinum blonde?

Honestly I felt the pic looks better. I have mixed feelings for my hair and I paid tons. I wanted a more blonde color. In person I feel my hair looks more grey and silver which I do not like. The guy asked if I liked it and it looked ok in the salon but as I got home idk how I feel and now I’m overthinking. I’m an insecure person. I need honest crucial opinions please help me. Tell me what you think.

You say you wanted more blond, but to me the picture you said you showed the stylist was most definitely gray/silver. Based on the picture you showed that you wanted, you got what you asked for.

In the photo you showed them her hair looks more grey/silver an that’s exactly what you got. If you wanted more of a blonde you should’ve found a different photo or spoke up at the salon.

You got exactly what you asked for. Obviously the photo will have been enhanced to a degree, being a professional photo and all, but other than that your hairdresser did a fantastic job at matching what your inspiration photo.

If you think the inspo pic is platinum blonde please see an optometrist. And I don’t mean that to be rude. Genuinely. That hair is grey girl lol. Stylist gave you EXACTLY what’s in the photo.

Ok so... this is totally normal for now! Your hair will continue to brighten for about 10 more washes! Also... it took me personally 4 hair treatments to get my super dark hair to platinum blonde with foils! Hope this helps some! Hang in there and trust the process, you're naturally dark brown so your hair will have to go through a few treatments to see a final result. Go again in 4-8 weeks so your hair doesn't get damaged.
