Help me please lol!!!!

So I just left the Dr and was told I gained 8 lbs n the last 3 weeks! I weighted 158 before becoming pregnant which means I've gained 12 lbs be cuz I'm 170 now..that's only 20 lbs away from 200 lbs and I'm freaking out because I'm only 23 weeks pregnant!!! 😣😳😌 I'm hoping its all baby!!!😌😒
