I renewed my lease 3 months ago and during that time I mention that my cabinets are water damaged and I’d like them to be replaced she said no problem they’d send someone out to look at them nobody has yet came I’ve been patience about it then they sent out a note last month stating that rent was going up ($1028)okay no problem I emailed them two weeks ago no response phone goes straight to voicemail I went to office the had a sign up that said “Appointments only”I want to email them again but I don’t want to sound rude helpppp

The email I sent her and the response 19 days later she havnt reached out yet and my AC broke yesterday reading 88 degrees and it’s 94 outside I live in Florida I’ve called 4 times all I get is the automatic system I’m so tired of these ppl
