Hi y’all can anyone please help me decide on what birth control to switch to ? I’m on the pill and I have bee on the pill for 4 years now and honestly I’m tired of it and it’s effects on me . Even though I understand everyone is different. The pill helped me with my issue in which I was grateful for. I have unbalanced hormones and terrible periods and when I stop taking my pills my problems return. Any suggestions? Thank you beautiful babes 💖
