Conceiving after a Chemical Pregnancy

No matter how early a loss is so tough. This was our first month ttc. Had my bfp last Wednesday. Tested again this morning out of sheer paranoia. No bleeding or anything. BFN. Went for blood test to confirm negative. Now what? Will I ovulate in 14 days? So confused. Any advice is appreciated.
