I am just genuinely curious what all the options are for two women to have a baby - in terms of that baby being genetically yours

There have been tv stuff where they can apparently mix two women together and make a baby from both, ive tried researching it though and it doesnt seem real but there seems to have actually been real life examples im confused.

Of course there is the option of sperm donor, surrogate, and adoption

Idk what im getting at here just would be great info to know hdhdhdhhd
