So I’m late super late need help please guys tia

So apparently I’m 6 days late but I had a notification saying I should of started my af yesterday 🤷🏼‍♀️ confused much

Either way I’ve been getting cramps but no af I took a preg test 2 days ago bfn !!!

Think I’m around 20 dpo

I’ve been near enough clock work for a year normally start af on the day or maybe two day early but never late and according to glow I’m 6 days late

When do people take the last test as in when the last test I should do and then just assume my af is extremely off this month been ttc for just over a year

I do feel different had crazy mood swings but I know sometimes you can trick your self in to symptoms I’ve been there lol … so trying not to think to much of it and just expecting my af to start but every time I use the loo to my surprise no af been feeling wet though as in like I’ve been a loo and haven’t used tissue to wipe kind of wet… and today i used the bathroom and there was a big white dry patch of cm on my nickers (been moving all day so didn’t get a lot of chance for bathroom breaks un till it was near enough all moved) but when I did go that’s what was there.

I’m so trying not to get my hopes up and the bfn ant helping I just don’t really no when to stop testing
