Bachelorette party, not paying

Put simply, I’m the maid of honor planning a bachelorette party, and many of the girls attending I do not even know. I’ve already booked the house we’re going to stay in (it was expensive but I was counting on 8 ladies chipping in). 3 girls that I don’t know still have not paid, but said they were going. It’s past the time I’ve asked for payment. My cash app requests have expired. I have the second (final) payment coming up due and don’t know what else to do. I’ve texted reminders and offered several payment options, and gave them 4 months notice. What do I do?? I already have paid my share, the bride’s share, and am eating the cost of another girl who said she was going but is now pregnant and not going. Only 3 girls of the 7 I was expecting have paid.

I’m frustrated and sent another cashapp request but how long do I wait and what is my next move? If they were my friends it wouldn’t be as weird, but I don’t even know these women so I feel very weird harassing them for money.
